Disabled parking

There will be disabled parking on site approximately 200 metres* from the disabled viewing platform.

You can turn up on the night or book disabled parking in advance by e-mailing the following details to NBCEvents@stage-right.co.uk:

  • Your name
  • Vehicle make and model
  • Vehicle registration number

Please bring your blue badge with you on the night.

Please note: Disabled drivers who park on site may have to wait to leave in their vehicle until pedestrian crowds have cleared and it is safe to do so.

*Approximately 125 metres are on solid ground

Tickets for carers

There is no discount for disabled customers, however disabled ticket holders can claim one free ticket for their carer, provided the ticket holder meets the requirements for proof of disability as detailed below.

Proof of disability

People in receipt for any of the benefits listed below qualify for a free carer/ companion ticket:

  • Middle or higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care component)
  • Attendance Allowance

A blue badge is not accepted as proof of disability.

If you have a temporary disability and require a carer/ companion in order to be able to attend the concert please telephone the box office to discuss your requirements.

Carers
  • Only one carer permitted per disabled person.
  • Carers must be capable of supporting the disabled person's needs in the events of an emergency or evacuation of the arena.
  • Carers should be aged 16 plus.
Accompanying children

If disabled ticket holders also have children accompanying them then they can stand in front of them.

Viewing platform

The viewing platform is solely for the use of disabled person's and their carer only. Additional members of any group/party will not be allowed onto the platform.

No seating is provided on the platform so carer's are advised to bring folding chairs.

The viewing platform is accessed by a ramp, assistance negotiating the slope is available from the steward at the viewing platform.
